Circular Action Alliance is taking comment from August 26 to October 24, 2026 on its draft California Funding and Services Agreement, the contract terms it will pay recycling and reuse service providers under.

What this means for you: producers have nothing to file. (Corrected October 12, 2026.) If you provide recycling or reuse services in California, comment by October 24. Source: Circular Action Alliance, California (accessed September 20, 2026).

(Corrected October 8, 2026: the ranking of these payments as the largest input to future California fees is withdrawn, because no source establishes it. The draft agreement and its Project Schedules set the terms on which CAA will pay California recycling and reuse service providers.)
